Gin & Juice Boxes: Learnings (& fails) from my first year juggling twins and business
It's been a year (well, a year and a bit) of juggling twin motherhood and business owning which means it's time to reflect on what I've learnt. And there has been a LOT of learning curves.
Listen to the final episode of the season to hear some of these, including:
- The effect tiredness has on your brain (and timelines!)
- No-one actually cares about pushed deadlines if you have epic communication (and clients)
- The brain needs more love now than ever - and how to do that.
- Creating space from the babies - literately and mentally - equals way better work.
- A new thing I'm trialling that involves starting at 4.25am and possibly cancels out my first learning.
- The importance of being picky about who you work with and what you do.
